“I had my first reiki experience at Courtyard Natural Healing prior to running a half marathon. I had been struggling with shin splints for 12 weeks before my race and had tried lots different therapies which were not really helping the injury. I had 2 reiki sessions at Courtyard Natural Healing and I ran my race pain free! The Reiki itself was totally relaxing and enjoyable. Nicola makes you feel completely at ease, has a welcoming manner and is hugely knowledgeable. The treatment room is beautiful, smells lovely and has an extremely pleasant aura. The whole experience was 10/10, highly recommended”.

“I have been having reiki and crystal healing with Nicky and it is a wonderful experience. Nicky is professional, kind and caring. She listens to your problems and reasons for attending the sessions.
The session itself is completely relaxing and calming, I feel myself drifting off to sleep at points. You can feel the warm heat from Nicky's hands and feel a rush of warmth/energy in certain parts of my body during the sessions.
