WHERE CAN I FIND COURTYARD NATURAL HEALING?
I am based on Winchester Road in Boorley Green, Botley. Full directions will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
where should i park?
Please park on the driveway in front of the house, where there is plenty of parking available.
how do i make an appointment?
In the first instance, please contact me by email at courtyardnaturalhealing@gmail.com or message me on Instagram or Facebook. We can then arrange a telephone discussion, if needed, and then a mutually convenient appointment can be made.
is a deposit required for my appointment?
No, I do not currently require a deposit. However, payment will be required in advance for Distance Reiki healing.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
When you arrive, there will be a Client Information/Consent Form for you to complete. I will then go through your form, and we will discuss anything highlighted and any questions you may have. Your session will then commence. Please note, for Distance Healing, the forms will be sent via email instead prior to the appointment.
how long will i be at my appointment?
Please allow the amount of time chosen, ie 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, along with five minutes or so either side. Please note first appointments will need to be a minimum of 90 minutes long to allow for a full session after your consultation.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
If possible, please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early, please message me and I will see if your appointment can be brought forward. Please note that if I am with a Client, I may be unable to reply straight away.
DO YOU RUN ANY SPECIAL OFFERS?
I am currently offering a ‘TRY REIKI SPECIAL’ for your first session only at a 50% discount !! (for sessions 90 minutes and over only to allow plenty of time for your consultation before). I will advertise any additional special offers which may be available from time to time.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes I do. Please let me know if you would like to purchase a gift voucher. This can be for a chosen treatment or a monetary amount.
Can I bring my child/children when I’m having Reiki?
Sadly no. Your treatment will always work better with total relaxation, so it would not be in your best interests to have your children present.
CAN MY SON OR DAUGHTER HAVE REIKI?
Yes of course. Any age from birth upwards can have Reiki accompanied by their parent/guardian but I would recommend a 30 minute session. I will be happy to give a 25% discount for babies/children up to age 16.
WHAT IF I NEED THE TOILET?
Don’t worry, there is a downstairs toilet right nearby, should you wish to use it before, during or after your session.
do i have to climb any stairs?
No, my treatment room is located downstairs, not far from the front door, so you will not have far to go. There is one step up on to the porch and then one step into the property.
i use a wheelchair, can i still have reiki?
Yes absolutely, you can either have Reiki whilst in your wheelchair, or I can assist you (if needed) into a comfortable chair. We would need to discuss the finer details to ensure everything is in place for you and that you can gain access to the property without any issues. Alternatively, I can always make a home visit if you are local to me.
what if i am going to be late?
I understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances you may be running late. Please call me immediately. If you are up to 15 minutes late on arrival, the appointment can still go ahead but any longer than this will have a negative effect on the next client’s appointment. Your appointment time will therefore either need to be shortened accordingly (if at all possible, with the full appointment fee still due) or sadly cancelled (if not enough time remains). Please note that in these circumstances then 50% of the treatment fee will still be due, as I will have lost a booking and your understanding is appreciated. (I of course make some exceptions for emergencies and illness, so please let me know if this is the case). Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
what is your cancellation policy?
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my diary exclusively for you. Therefore, please try to provide me with at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation, so that I can try to fill your appointment space. Please call or message me to amend or cancel your appointment noting the following:-
Amendments or cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, can be made freely by contacting me as above, with no fee due.
For cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, then currently no fee is due.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or failure to turn up for your appointment, then 100% of the treatment fee will be due.
As noted above, I of course will make some exceptions for emergencies or illness. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
