Hand placements are made on the body usually from head to toe, but I will locate any particular areas that require the most healing energy, and tailor it to your specific needs at the time. The ultimate aim is for your energy centers to be balanced, allowing a natural flow through the body. This can then naturally promote healing where needed on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
This is a great preventative technique, as well as for helping conditions that have already occurred. Suitable for anyone.

Distance Reiki healing is energy healing sent over time and space. This means it is the healing of someone or something not present with the practitioner. It can be over space (meaning in another room or another country) or over time (as in the past or in the future).
You can experience the same profound benefits as an in-person session and sometimes more if you prefer to unwind in private.
During distance healing, it is important to find a quiet place to relax. An exact time will be set so you know when to expect the healing to be sent and I will contact you just before. I will create a sacred space and will focus my intention on guiding healing energy to you. I may use your photograph or simply hold your name in mind as a connection point. I will hold the presence of my own stillness to encourage more stillness in you. Being calm and cultivating an understanding of letting go.
While the mechanics of distance healing are not fully understood, you will need to fully embrace the belief that distance healing works, even though it is hard to understand HOW it works. Your belief in its effectiveness is crucial for optimal results. I will follow up with you after your session.
This can be for yourself, someone else, an animal, a past traumatic event, or a future event.

As crystals are associated with different healing properties, they will be chosen for your specific needs and placed on or around the body. Both Reiki and crystal healing facilitate the balancing of the body’s energy centers (or chakras) and meridians, allowing for targeted energy work.
